Drive compliance testing and control effectiveness for EQ Personal Banking from the company’s hybrid office at 2200-25 Ontario Street, Toronto. In this Senior Manager position, you will oversee first-line testing programs and operational risk activities for Personal Banking. Your work includes analyzing test results, developing remediation recommendations, maintaining SharePoint documentation, and preparing concise updates for senior leaders. You will remain current on regulatory developments, industry practices, and emerging personal banking risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute first-line testing for key controls and regulatory requirements
- Identify control gaps and develop actionable remediation recommendations
- Maintain SharePoint inventories of controls, evidence, and action items




- Draft policies and procedures for testing and issue management
- Collect, analyze, and report relevant risk metrics

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in risk policy, business, law, or finance
- At least five years risk management, audit, or first-line experience
- Previous compliance testing or audit experience
- Knowledge of financial services and regulatory legislation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Apply compliance testing, regulatory knowledge, and analytical reporting skills to improve control effectiveness within EQ Personal Banking.
