Support healthcare facilities as a Float Business Office Manager using accounting, collections, and claims expertise across five California counties. Overnight travel is required. This Traveling Business Office Manager works closely with the Corporate AR Team while covering facility vacancies, leave, training, and special projects. You will oversee daily accounting, resident financial records, authorizations, payer correspondence, and month-end closing when serving as interim BOM. The role spans eleven locations, primarily in Contra Costa County.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement facility accounting and administrative functions
- Balance census information and maintain resident financial records
- Post cash and charges, audit accounts, and adjust balances




- Submit claims and complete collection follow-up and appeals
- Train staff and implement business office procedures

Requirements:
- Three or more years of skilled nursing BOM experience
- Experience billing Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and managed care
- High School diploma or equivalent; BA preferred
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused approach Use healthcare revenue-cycle knowledge, staff direction, and accurate accounting to stabilize Generations Healthcare business offices throughout California.
