In this Lead role, you will help operations meet HS&E; requirements while developing and enhancing Job Hazard Analysis and Secure Work Practice documents. You will verify plans remain current as work changes, support look-ahead planning, and monitor hazards including noise and toxic agents. The role suits an experienced communicator and problem solver.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Minimum eight years’ relevant high-rise residential industry experience
- Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication
- Ability to learn various computer software systems
- Valid provincial driver’s license and driver’s abstract Use your environmental monitoring, safety training, and HSE documentation skills to support Ledcor construction teams in Ontario.
