Design practical risk learning solutions at BMO using instructional design and stakeholder management expertise in a hybrid, three-day office model. Translate complex risk concepts into accessible experiences that support everyday decisions. As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will support ERPM and enterprise risk capability through eLearning, workshops, simulations, and performance support. You will partner with subject matter experts, senior leaders, and learning teams to assess needs, define objectives, and measure effectiveness. The work strengthens foundational knowledge, role-specific application, and leadership behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Five to seven years of relevant experience typically
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Required Adult Learning accreditation
- In-depth instructional methodologies and adult learning theory
