As Financial Controller, you will run the finance function and sit on the Senior Management Team. Your work spans budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, and profitability analysis. You will support the President and VP of Performance & Excellence with transparent recommendations grounded in how the business operates.

Key Responsibilities
- Bring financial insight to company strategy development and evaluation
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and management reports
- Run full-cycle accounting across five legal entities
- Process payroll and complete tax and workplace filings




- Lead year-end reviews, audits, and external accountant relationships

Requirements:
- CPA designation in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Five years in finance leadership and two years full-cycle accounting
- Advanced Excel and solid accounting systems knowledge
