About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Legal Operations & Business Management to lead a centralized, multifunctional team supporting global legal operations. The role translates strategic priorities into operational plans, governance frameworks, resource plans, and measurable outcomes, while advising senior leadership on operating models and execution.



Responsibilities include overseeing portfolio and project governance, internal service delivery, vendor and external counsel management, and colleague experience programs such as onboarding, communications, and professional development. The successful candidate will also drive process improvement and develop a scalable operating model that supports transformation and regulatory complexity.

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree and at least 10 years of experience in business management, operations, strategy, or governance. Experience in complex, highly regulated environments is required, with financial services experience preferred; backgrounds in legal, professional services, or corporate functions are an asset. Candidates should bring deep knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks, along with solid strategic planning, financial management, and executive reporting capabilities. Demonstrated success leading large, multifunctional teams and enterprise initiatives is essential.
