Reporting to the Head of Exploration, you will plan exploration programs, assess budgets, request contractor quotes, and deliver fieldwork within established timelines. The position includes team supervision, geoscientific data management, and exploration reporting. You will also prioritize health and safety, environmental compliance, and respectful stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan exploration campaign logistics
- Define work protocols prioritizing health and safety
- Supervise prospecting, mapping, sampling, and drilling activities
- Oversee core logging, laboratory work, and data entry




- Prepare exploration work reports and represent the organization

Requirements:
- University degree in geology or geological engineering
- Five to ten years of mineral exploration experience

- Experience with modelling software and database management
