Lead construction estimating strategy at ITC Construction, guiding high-rise residential budgets, tendering, and project cost analysis across assigned projects. As Director of Estimating, you will oversee the Estimating Department and coordinate with preconstruction, operations, project management, executives, consultants, clients, and trade partners. Your work supports accurate estimates, contract preparation, negotiations, procurement, and informed project delivery. You will apply established ITC systems, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all estimating activities and assign estimate tasks
- Develop concept estimate models and project budgets
- Monitor construction costs and review monthly job reports
- Coordinate trade scopes, tenders, contracts,



and purchase agreements
- Chair design meetings and attend client consultant meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management or related discipline
- 15+ years of progressive construction estimating experience
- Solid emphasis on high-rise residential projects
- Proficiency with Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, or Bluebeam
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and complex drawing interpretation skills Bring strategic estimating leadership, contract knowledge, and cost analysis expertise to ITC Construction’s high-rise projects.
