Drive sales and catering performance for 53 North Collection’s three Edmonton hotels through strategic planning, team leadership, and revenue management expertise. As Director of Sales and Catering, you will oversee commercial initiatives across the Matrix, Metterra, and Varscona Hotels. You will manage teams, develop market-aligned strategies, and strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners. Cross-functional coordination supports event execution and service excellence.

Requirements:
- Senior sales and catering experience of four to five years
- Proven sales experience in hotel environments
