Lethbridge Public Library is seeking a communityfocused, experienced leader for the position of Senior Manager: PublicServices. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Senior Manager:Public Services is a key member of the Senior Management Team, providingstrategic leadership, operational oversight, and organizational direction forall public service functions of the Library. The position plays a critical rolein advancing the Library's mission, strategic priorities, and service objectivesby ensuring the effective planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuousimprovement of public services. The Senior Manager: Public Services leads anddevelops a team of managers and staff across multiple service areas, fosteringa culture of accountability, service excellence, innovation, and continuouslearning. The position represents the Library within the community andprofessional sector, serves on internal and external committees, participatesin collective bargaining activities,



and assumes Acting CEO responsibilities asrequired. Success in this role requires a strategic andcollaborative leader who can translate organizational vision into meaningfulcommunity impact through the leadership of others.
