We’re looking for two Merchandising Coordinators to join the Accessories category at Reitmans.

Reporting to the Director of Merchandising, you’ll play an important role in supporting the team’s day-to-day activities, with a focus on purchase orders, sample coordination, and administrative support.

What You'll Do

- Create and track purchase orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Organize and coordinate product samples.
- Prepare meeting rooms, samples, and materials for buying meetings and product presentations.
- Enter and update budget information.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the buying team.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep information organized and flowing smoothly.
