Job Description
We are looking for a Non-Ferrous Receiver – Labourer to join our Sept-Îles team.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for receiving, sorting and handling non-ferrous metals. The work is mainly performed indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks depending on operational needs.
This position focuses on manual work, material handling and metal sorting in a dynamic industrial setting. We are looking for a reliable, active individual who is comfortable performing physical work.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and follow applicable procedures;
- Unload, sort, inspect and handle materials;
- Identify and classify non-ferrous metals;
- Weigh and organize materials;
- Prepare shipments and incoming materials;
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization;
- Work safely and follow health and safety standards;
- Perform other related duties as required to support operations.
