As a Counter Person / Food Services Associate with Tim Hortons restaurant, reporting to the Tim Hortons Manager, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a rapid-paced food service environment. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and handling cash and electronic payment transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including wiping tables and restocking supplies.
- Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.
