Job Description

Grantek is looking for a Business Systems Developer to design, build, and maintain the internal applications, integrations, and automation workflows that support our global operations. This current role will work across IT, Platform Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Business Process teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient internal digital solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain internal business applications, workflows, and digital tools.

- Build integrations between third-party systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, PM tools) using APIs, middleware, and custom connectors.

- Follow Grantek’s SDLC standards for requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, and release.

- Translate business process requirements into functional and technical specifications.





- Implement secure coding practices and participate in code reviews.

- Develop automation scripts, low-code workflows, and internal agentic automations where applicable.

- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, integration failures, performance issues, and system errors.

- Maintain documentation for code, integrations, architecture, and system configuration.

- Support IT Operations in diagnosing issues related to business applications.

- Participate in testing and release planning for new features, upgrades, and deployments.

- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies that can enhance Grantek’s internal digital ecosystem.
