As Manager, Legal Recruitment and Student Development, you will serve as a central hub for Toronto recruitment processes and information. Your responsibilities include 1L and 2L recruiting, law school liaison work, career events, candidate communications, and lateral associate hiring. You will also support student development and coordinate onboarding for lateral associates across Torys offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison with the Law Society of Ontario
- Review applications and coordinate on-campus interviews
- Represent Torys at career fairs and campus events
- Maintain student programs, sponsorships, awards,



and promotional content
- Manage lateral recruitment systems, feedback, scheduling, and offers

Requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant skilled experience
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Business or Human Resources education, complete or in progress
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines Use recruitment expertise, relationship building, and detailed coordination to strengthen Torys’ Toronto student and associate hiring programs.
