Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:* Understand the business context, practices, methods and impacts of projects in order to properly identify organizational issues;
* Analyze stakeholder needs to understand business objectives and issues to be solved;
* Model current processes and propose improvements or optimized and reusable solutions;
* Write business, process and practice requirements by translating them into clear and understandable specifications for teams;




* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of needs and alignment of proposed solutions;
* Validate the solutions and templates put in place to ensure that they meet the initial needs and adjust the requirements when necessary;
* Define, maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs and strategic objectives;
* Translate needs into clear and understandable user stories with explicit acceptance criteria;
* Support the development team by answering questions, clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities during iteration according to the realities on the ground;
* Represent stakeholders to the team to ensure that their needs and expectations are well understood and integrated into the product; The profile we are looking for is as follows:* Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent training;
* Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in banking, finance, business analysis and processes;
* Have experience as a product owner in a SAFe framework or equivalent Agile practice;
* Be familiar with Agile development methodologies, including SAFe, as well as lifecycle fundamentals.
