Design data pipelines and models as a Data Specialist at Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, on a four-on, three-off schedule. At Agnico Eagle, this Data Specialist role supports operational decision-making through reliable data solutions. You will manage, analyze, and maintain business data while partnering with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, mining experts, and other teams. The work includes reporting, dashboards, data models, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Design optimized data models from varied business sources
- Build ELT pipelines for lakehouse and other destinations
- Develop and maintain datasets, databases, and data architectures
- Implement data quality checks, validations, and security measures




- Support analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Five or more years of related work experience
- Proficiency with Python, R, or Scala
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data lakehouse systems
