Lead HRIS technology and workforce analytics at The Universal Group, managing systems, data integrity, and integrations across the organization. The Manager HRIS and Technology owns the HRIS and peripheral technology ecosystem while serving as an integration subject matter expert. This role connects HR with IT, Operations, Payroll, and Finance through system planning, reporting, governance, and process optimization. You will supervise the HR Analyst and support technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR technology platforms, vendors, configurations, and privacy compliance
- Lead data migration, requirements gathering, validation, and acquisitions integration
- Design workforce visualizations and maintain dependable reporting standards
- Supervise the HR Analyst and improve processes through automation




- Monitor risks, releases, upgrades, backups, and reporting continuity

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- Five to eight years managing HRIS, optimization, and projects
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS, payroll, ERP, attendance, and integrations
- Complex formulas, pivot tables, and database management proficiency
