Lead environmental and social impact assessment operations at SLR Consulting, using project governance and resource planning to strengthen delivery outcomes. As Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Team Lead, you will guide project delivery, operational performance, resource management, and people development. You will partner with the Operations Lead to execute strategy, lead consultants, and support safe, profitable, timely, high-quality projects. The position emphasizes operational excellence, client outcomes, and team capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead team performance and manage resourcing requirements, issues, and opportunities
- Coach consultants in project management and consulting excellence
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, forecasting, pipeline accuracy, WIP, and accounts receivable
- Oversee project risks, contractual obligations, quality assurance,



and regulatory compliance
- Build client relationships and oversee consistent project delivery

Requirements:
- Operations leadership experience in technical consulting or professional services
- Project management experience with complex multidisciplinary projects and portfolios
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, project controls, and resource planning
- Experience with quality management systems and governance frameworks
- Robust communication, change management, collaboration, and safety awareness Bring operational leadership, project governance, and environmental consulting expertise to SLR’s multidisciplinary assessment practice and client portfolio.
