Lead ServiceNow developers at CAAT while building integrations and workflows in a hybrid Toronto Information Technology setting. This Technical Lead provides hands-on direction for ServiceNow development and platform delivery. You will lead a team, configure enterprise modules, and translate requirements into effective capabilities. The work includes scripting, third-party integrations, platform upgrades, and opportunities for automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers
- Translate requirements into ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Configure ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine modules
- Identify automation, optimization, and innovation opportunities

Requirements:
- Five to seven years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required
- JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and ServiceNow scripting proficiency
- Understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and service management
- Proven cross-functional team leadership experience Use ServiceNow development, technical leadership, and integration skills to guide CAAT’s platform capabilities and developer team.
