Underground development miners at Dumas operate jumbos, bolters, and scoops across the West Cache Gold Project on a 14/14 rotation. Drilling and blasting expertise is essential. As a Development Miner with Dumas, you will perform conventional underground development at Galleon Gold’s West Cache Gold Project. Your work includes drilling, blasting, scaling, and installing ground support. You will maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and communicate with supervisors and team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform underground drilling, blasting, scaling, and ground support installation
- Operate and maintain jumbos, bolters, and scoops
- Complete pre-operational checks and routine equipment maintenance
- Follow Dumas, site safety, and environmental protocols




- Participate in inspections and hazard assessments

Requirements:
- Minimum two years’ conventional underground development mining experience
- Valid Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core certification
- Solid knowledge of drilling and blasting techniques
- Ability to work in confined, physically demanding environments
