This permanent full time Senior IT Business Systems Analyst supports Information Security and Technology Risk initiatives. You will align stakeholder needs with security objectives, analyze processes and systems, and translate technical concepts into business language. The work includes requirements elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and technology risk management. You will also help mature security capabilities and enable solutions centered on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex analysis across processes, systems, and security capabilities
- Facilitate stakeholder requirements meetings, workshops, walkthroughs, and reviews




- Document current states and define future-state process improvements
- Maintain requirements traceability through project lifecycles
- Support design, testing, change management, training, and rollout planning

Requirements:
- Five to ten years as a business or systems analyst
- Information Security or Technology Risk project experience
- Expertise in requirements, gap analysis, workflows, and business rules
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
