Lead hydrogeology and mine water projects for ITASCA North America from Canada, applying technical judgment, groundwater expertise, and client leadership. As Principal Hydrogeologist, you will provide senior technical direction across complex projects. Mining experience is preferred, especially in dewatering, groundwater characterization, seepage, closure, water balance, and permitting support. You will help clients make practical decisions while strengthening ITASCA’s hydrogeology practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead hydrogeology, mine water, and groundwater-related projects
- Review conceptual models, field investigations, aquifer testing, and monitoring
- Translate hydrogeologic data into practical project recommendations




- Guide numerical and analytical groundwater modeling
- Serve as trusted advisor and senior client contact

Requirements:
- Advanced degree in hydrogeology or related field
- Approximately 20 or more years of relevant experience
- Skilled Geoscientist or Professional Engineer designation
- Complex project leadership and technical review experience
