Key Responsibilities
- Guide contact centre technology strategy and capability roadmaps
- Design and integrate end-to-end contact centre solutions
- Collaborate with business leaders and technical specialists
- Provide oversight across configuration and deployment activities
- Present technical concepts to business and senior audiences

Requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant skilled experience
- Genesys Cloud solutions experience
- AI, automation, and emerging capability integration experience
- Telephony knowledge, including SIP networking and Cisco infrastructure
- IT security best-practice understanding Apply your Genesys Cloud, telephony, integration, and security knowledge to lead sustainable contact centre architecture at ICBC.
