Drive financial planning and analysis at O’Dell HVAC Group in Burlington, Ontario, using forecasting and business performance insight to guide leadership. As Regional Financial Director, FP&A;, you will partner with senior leaders and operational teams across Canada. Your focus includes planning, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic analysis. You will investigate performance, support profitability, and translate complex data into recommendations for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual planning and rolling forecasting with operational leaders
- Analyze regional, customer, project, and manufacturer performance
- Develop models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- Present financial reviews, results, forecasts, and recommendations




- Oversee reporting quality and accounting controls through the Regional Controller

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, economics, or business
- Ten plus years of progressive finance experience
- CPA, CFA, MBA, FPAC, or comparable qualification
- Advanced Excel, ERP, NetSuite, and Power BI experience
- Experience advising executives and operational leaders Bring senior FP&A; leadership, financial modelling, and operational analysis to O’Dell HVAC Group’s Burlington team.
