Manage construction schedules, contractor interfaces, and project controls for Hatch’s complex engineering and construction projects. Apply advanced planning expertise through delivery. As a Senior Planner, you will optimize schedules supporting successful project execution. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and external contractors. Your work covers procurement input, contractor schedule reviews, milestones, resource loading, and approved project changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Review contractor and vendor schedules and recommend improvements
- Monitor contractual schedule commitments and contractor performance
- Incorporate engineering, procurement, construction, and vendor milestones
- Maintain resource, labor, and commodity loading profiles

Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of planning and scheduling experience
- Solid engineering, procurement, and construction delivery understanding
- Experience supporting EPCM, mining, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
- Familiarity with contract administration and commercial project controls
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills Use construction scheduling, contractor coordination, and change management expertise to support Hatch project execution and delivery objectives.
