Lead Saputo’s Orangeville dairy plant through safety, quality, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability priorities. The role supports a 24/7 manufacturing setting. As Plant Manager, you will direct plant operations and collaborate with departments and suppliers. Your focus includes production planning, line efficiency, cost control, sanitation, and maintenance reliability. You will also guide leadership priorities and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize safety, quality, efficiency, and equipment reliability
- Communicate and achieve key performance indicators
- Direct plant leadership priorities and team performance
- Reduce downtime, changeovers, waste, scrap, and costs
- Support HACCP, BRC, sanitation, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Three to five years operational management experience
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Continuous improvement and decision-making capability
- Financial acumen and Microsoft Office proficiency
