Lead complex employee relations investigations for McKesson Canada from a hybrid office and remote setting in Mississauga or Montreal. As a Senior Employee Relations Consultant, you will advise leaders, HR partners, and employees on sensitive workplace matters. Apply investigation expertise, performance management knowledge, and employment standards awareness across Canadian populations. Your guidance supports fair, consistent, legally compliant decisions aligned with McKesson policies and values.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult on complex conduct, performance, accommodation, and policy matters
- Lead investigations from intake through findings and recommendations
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR, and business stakeholders
- Coach leaders on documentation, investigations, and corrective action




- Identify trends and recommend risk mitigation interventions

Requirements:
- Six years of progressive Human Resources or Employee Relations experience
- Experience managing complex matters and conducting workplace investigations
- Experience supporting Canadian employees and provincial standards preferred
- Solid judgment, communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
- Relevant education, certification, or equivalent experience preferred Bring advanced employee relations judgment, investigation capability, and Canadian employment expertise to McKesson’s healthcare workforce.
