The MCP oversees assessments, care plans, service delivery, and quality improvement initiatives. The role also supports staff mentorship, regulatory compliance, and coordination with funders, care teams, and government programs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current provincial registration in valuable standing
- Minimum five years progressive nursing leadership experience
- CPR certification and negative TB status
