You will represent clients in complex sexual abuse, sexual assault, institutional abuse, and historical abuse claims. The practice requires trauma-informed representation, sound judgment, and strong advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex civil abuse and assault claims
- Manage litigation files from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, applications, and settlement proposals
- Attend discoveries, mediations, motions, and court proceedings




- Assess liability, damages, strategies, and settlement opportunities

Requirements:
- Called to the Ontario Bar and Law Society member
- Two to five years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with abuse, personal injury, or complex litigation
- Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Experience with discoveries, mediations, motions, and court appearances Bring trauma-informed advocacy, civil litigation experience, and solid drafting skills to meaningful client representation in North York.
