Serve as AECL’s trusted Human Resources Business Partner, advising leaders on workforce planning and employee relations. Work from Ottawa or Chalk River with hybrid onsite presence. This one-year term supports an assigned client portfolio as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, change management, and employee transitions. Reporting to the Director, HR Operations and Enablement, you will connect people priorities with organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support across assigned client groups
- Advise leaders on workforce planning and recruitment
- Support employee relations, performance, and accommodation management




- Implement annual HR cycles, programs, and strategic initiatives
- Represent HR on committees and working groups

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Broad experience across multiple human resources disciplines
- Experience supporting workforce planning and organizational change
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- CPHR or CHRP designation, or ability to obtain Bring practical HR advice, sound judgment, and workforce insight to AECL’s leaders and employees across Ontario.
