Lead Stantec’s Civil Team in Windsor while applying engineering leadership, civil infrastructure design, and project coordination expertise. This is a full-time Windsor office role. As Team Leader, you will supervise professionals in a consulting environment and coordinate work across concurrent engineering and construction projects. The role emphasizes workload scheduling, technical oversight, quality reviews, training, mentoring, and communication. You will support project and proposal activities while maintaining informed, engaged team operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule team workloads and maintain appropriate resource utilization
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings covering deadlines, projects, training, and compliance
- Coordinate, mentor, train, and directly supervise team members




- Ensure technical oversight and documented quality reviews for deliverables
- Coordinate hardware, software, equipment, and team resources

Requirements:
- Leadership experience managing professionals in a consulting workplace
- Engineering and construction industry technical and leadership experience
- Knowledge of regulatory, legal, tendering, budgeting, and proposal processes
- Understanding of civil infrastructure design and construction methods
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma with minimum five years’ experience Bring civil infrastructure knowledge, team leadership, and quality-focused project coordination to Stantec’s Windsor engineering team.
