This Vice President, Fleet – Canada position owns strategic direction from demand and capacity planning through vehicle disposition. You will guide financial performance, residual value decisions, dealer relationships, and operational governance. The role also develops a high-performing organization while supporting company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Align fleet strategy with Canadian growth and financial priorities
- Optimize asset performance, inventory, utilization, and residual value risk
- Balance dealer sales with wholesale auction remarketing channels




- Use market intelligence and forecasting to improve fleet decisions
- Strengthen partnerships with OEMs, dealerships, and auction providers

Requirements:
- 12+ years leading fleet, automotive finance, mobility, or related functions
- Experience managing complex teams across the Canadian market
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, business intelligence, and forecasting tools
