Lead sustainability performance across Western Canada with expertise in energy modelling and low carbon buildings at Entuitive. This adaptable hybrid role includes three in-office days weekly. As an Associate supporting the Sustainability + Performance team, you will guide staff, deliver complex projects, and advance client-centred solutions. Your work spans Zero Carbon, embodied carbon, climate resilience, adaptation, LEED, VBBL, health and wellbeing, and decarbonisation. You will also manage business development and projects ranging from small to large scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Mentor staff and guide Sustainability + Performance team members
- Deliver sustainability and performance projects across Western Canada
- Develop client relationships and grow the project portfolio




- Review technical deliverables and implement quality control measures
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client communication

Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years delivering complex sustainability projects
- Superior knowledge of LEED, energy modelling, and life cycle analysis
- Measured business development and client relationship track record
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
