You will develop procurement activities, apply Material Management Plans, and manage work processes supporting project requirements and schedules. The position also supervises purchasing, expediting, and support staff while coordinating with management, clients, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and control assigned purchasing or procurement functions

Requirements:
- Four year degree and eight years related experience
- Or twelve years education and directly related experience
- Effective communication with management, clients, vendors, and contractors
- Job related technical knowledge and applicable regulatory awareness
