- Medical Specialist Services. The non-clinical position leads within complex healthcare systems, drawing on program management, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary leadership experience. Medical services knowledge and health authority expertise are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic change across medical services and healthcare programs
- Plan and manage programs within health service delivery
- Coordinate continuous quality improvement activities and projects




- Facilitate solutions with healthcare stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Support integrated provincial health service planning and coordination

Requirements:
- Ten years of progressively senior health services management experience
- Five recent years of program management experience preferred
- Medical degree and postgraduate medical education
- Medical license from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
