Design FPGA platforms at Ross Video using signal integrity analysis and SerDes bring-up in a primarily in office engineering environment. Work directly in the lab with prototype hardware. This Senior Engineer role supports Hyperconverged Solutions R&D; and complex live video production platforms. You will apply SystemVerilog, PCB design review, HyperLynx or equivalent tools, and laboratory instrumentation. The work spans architecture, implementation, validation, sustaining support, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and bring up FPGA-based hardware platforms
- Analyze complete high-speed channels and signal-integrity margins
- Tune FPGA transceivers, clocks, equalization, and calibration
- Debug hardware using oscilloscopes, BERT equipment,



and measurements
- Document designs, tests, troubleshooting, and technical decisions

Requirements:
- Several years developing complex FPGA-based hardware systems
- Hands-on soldering, rework, probing, and instrumentation experience
- System-level signal-integrity and PCB channel experience
- SerDes bring-up with PMA/PCS and margin testing
- SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL experience Bring FPGA architecture, high-speed hardware debugging, and SerDes expertise to Ross Video’s live production platforms.
