Lead Agropur’s new automated distribution centre in Boisbriand, directing operations, commissioning, and performance across safety, quality, and productivity. As Warehouse Director, you oversee implementation, start-up, ramp-up, and ongoing operation of the Boisbriand site. You develop teams, strengthen operational excellence, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, IT, integrators, and technology partners. The mandate includes automated systems reliability, customer service, financial performance, food safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead site operations against safety, quality, service, and productivity objectives
- Direct testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and distribution centre ramp-up
- Improve automated systems stability with IT and technology partners
- Monitor performance using key indicators,



dashboards, and cost optimization
- Develop management and operations teams in a unionised setting

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant logistics, distribution, or industrial operations experience
- Significant management experience in highly automated environments
- Understanding of WMS, WCS, ERP, and automated operations
- Fluency in written and verbal French and English Bring automated operations leadership, team development, and performance management expertise to Agropur’s Boisbriand distribution centre.
