Build rich support experiences at Remitly with full stack software engineering, contemporary AI tools, and Agentic AI applications. This Senior Software Development Engineer will create capabilities for Remitly’s next-generation Customer Success platform. You will work across frontend interfaces, backend systems, and AI applications while improving inbound contact handling and back-office automation. Product managers, designers, and engineers provide close collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement solutions for complex, ambiguous engineering problems
- Build intuitive experiences for customers and support agents
- Architect workflows for the Customer Success platform
- Launch capabilities supporting contact handling and automation
- Debug applications and improve reliability and performance

Requirements:
- Six or more years of software engineering experience
- Experience leading frontend and backend development
- Experience collaborating with Product Management and partners
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
- AI engineering exposure is preferred Apply full stack engineering and AI development experience to improve Remitly’s customer and agent support journeys.
