Lead quality patient care at LensCrafters as an Associate Optometrist, using optometric technology and solid doctor-patient relationships. Partner with store leaders and teams. As an Associate Optometrist, you will deliver clinical protocols, accurate diagnoses, and appropriate recommendations. You will support patients’ visual lifestyle needs while helping LensCrafters achieve key performance indicators through collaboration. The work includes explaining eye exams, using visual aids, and maintaining accepted standards of care. You will also contribute to staff training, feedback, and a positive office culture.
