The Industrial Automation Digital Proposal Manager leads proposal activities for customer-focused, scalable, and executable solutions. You will coordinate complex bids involving technical, commercial, financial, contractual, and project considerations. Your work supports software, digital services, recurring revenue, order intake, margins, and bid-to-win performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate competitive bids according to established procedures
- Align proposals with customer requirements and business objectives
- Mitigate risks with legal and compliance teams when required




- Provide technical support during sales discussions
- Monitor proposal performance and improve turnaround times

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in relevant industrial or commercial disciplines
- Proven management of complex, multi-technology bids
- Engineering bachelor’s degree in specified disciplines
- Knowledge of APM, APC/RTO, Industrial AI, and analytics
- Experience in process industries preferred Use industrial automation knowledge, digital services expertise, and proposal management skills to deliver stronger ABB bids.
