Manage plant quality systems at Johnson Electric’s onsite Mississauga facility, combining digital manufacturing knowledge with audit leadership and data-driven decisions. This Quality Assurance Manager role oversees quality performance, procedures, documentation, and improvement plans within manufacturing. You will lead audits, monitor customer and supplier performance, and support launches and engineering changes. The work includes digital quality adoption, real-time monitoring, automated controls, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve procedures, standards, and controlled documentation
- Lead IATF 16949, process, product, layered, and customer audits
- Verify timely closure of audit corrective actions
- Implement digital quality systems integrating manufacturing and inspection data




- Present quality performance reports and KPI reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Eight years of progressive manufacturing quality experience
- Experience with MES, SPC, monitoring tools, and dashboards
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 and data-driven quality management
