Design material flow strategies for new products, covering kitting, sequencing, bulk delivery, and small-lot delivery at a major OEM facility. SegulaTechnologies is seeking a Lead Logistics Engineer for Internal Logistics Engineering and continuous improvement projects. This position develops optimal networks for automatic and manual delivery while supporting manufacturing ramp-up. You will complete front-end engineering, estimate infrastructure needs, and contribute to cost justification. The work also includes station design, launch coordination, and production metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop material delivery strategies for current product introductions
- Plan Tier 1 module delivery and sequence commodities
- Define kitting, bulk delivery, and small-lot strategies




- Estimate automation, docks, equipment, and surface area
- Lead Kaizen workshops and lean manufacturing initiatives

Requirements:
- Experience with internal logistics network development
- Knowledge of material delivery strategy design
- Ability to perform logistics front-end engineering
- Ability to support special studies for cost justification
