Lead major construction projects at Pomerleau Construction using trade-driven expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to quality, health, and safety. As an experienced Superintendent, you will support new and ongoing growth within Pomerleau’s Major Projects team. You will work on large-scale building and infrastructure projects, collaborating with project managers, clients, consultants, and trade partners. Your expertise will guide scheduling, quality, workforce coordination, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on projects
- Develop construction schedules and drive milestone completion
- Coordinate manpower, materials, inventory, and site documentation
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, clients, and trade partners




- Verify construction follows plans, specifications, drawings, and codes

Requirements:
- Relevant civil construction industry experience
- Construction-related certificate, diploma, or degree
- Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control
- Experience with scheduling software and strong computer skills
