Lead BAS technicians across GTA field projects with hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting, and team management responsibilities. Daily site travel is required. Provident Energy Management Inc. seeks a Field Manager, BAS to guide assigned building automation and metering projects. You will combine technical work with technician onboarding, coaching, scheduling coordination, and quality oversight. The position supports the Director, Field Metering Operations while addressing field issues and project priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BAS technicians through assigned building automation projects
- Commission BAS equipment and systems as required
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hardware issues
- Monitor productivity, reporting, quality,



and project progress
- Visit sites and resolve deficiencies with stakeholders

Requirements:
- Senior-level BAS technician experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience and leadership training preferred
- Electrical safety knowledge and required health and safety training
- Ability to read blueprints and operate testing instruments
