Shape Microsoft 365 collaboration and governance solutions through SharePoint Online expertise, technical configuration, and business systems analysis. Work across enterprise stakeholders and engineering teams. As a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint qualified, you will translate requirements into practical technical solutions. The work spans governance, lifecycle management, administration, troubleshooting, and platform improvement. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, engineering teams, support teams, and business stakeholders throughout solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, administer, and improve SharePoint Online solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
- Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct root cause analysis
- Support governance, migrations,



modernization, and platform enhancements
- Develop automation using PowerShell, APIs, or Microsoft Graph

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of Teams, Groups, permissions, sharing, and collaboration
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar professional
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills
