Lead brand design, campaigns, and communications remotely across Canada and the United States for CoLab Software’s engineering AI platform. As Senior Director, Brand Marketing, you will lead an existing team of six across design, multimedia, content, and communications. You will establish the brand function’s standards, operating model, and creative processes while building executive communications and integrated campaigns. Your work will make complex AI, engineering, and manufacturing ideas compelling without oversimplifying them.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- 10+ years across brand marketing, creative strategy, or communications
- Meaningful ownership of a brand or creative function
- Experience leading multidisciplinary design, video, content, or communications teams
- Exceptional executive communication and strategic advocacy skills
- Experience making complex technical subject matter compelling Bring brand judgment, creative standards, and executive communications expertise to CoLab’s remote marketing leadership team.
