Our client, a public-sector organization is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its collaborative in-house legal team. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this is an excellent opportunity for an employment and labour lawyer to take on a meaningful advisory role within a sophisticated, highly unionized workplace. Working closely with Human Resources, Labour Relations and senior internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide practical, business-focused legal advice on a broad range of employment and labour matters, including workplace issues, employment policies, contracts and labour-related matters. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, meaningful responsibility and a wonderful work life balance.
