Paediatric home care nursing requires G and J tube feeding expertise, with weekday availability from 11:30am to 4pm.

The Care Company seeks a self-driven Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for an ongoing paediatric home care client. Previous paediatric nursing experience is required, including G and J tube feeding. The nurse provides personal care, medications administration, and support for applicable medical needs. Care follows the client’s care plan and remains within the nurse’s scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, bathing, and medications administration
- Support patient care according to applicable care plans
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises




- Observe medical health and physical and mental responses
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse qualification
- Previous paediatric nursing experience with G and J tube feeding
- CNO registration and nursing certificate or diploma
- Valid CPR, First Aid, BLS, and WHMIS2015 certifications
- Negative TB test and criminal record check completed within one year
