Work as a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse with flexible availability, delivering client care while remaining an independent, essential member of Connective’s care team.

This non-union position provides nursing services within the full scope of practice and BCCNM Standards of Practice. Availability should cover either 21 shifts monthly, including seven overnights, or 15 shifts, including five overnights, for those working full time or studying. Actual shifts depend on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement client support plans and changes as required
- Maintain infection control, privacy, and healthcare procedures
- Contribute to clean, pleasant, safe client environments
- Work with agencies on client referrals and support
- Perform First Aid, CPR, and Naloxone administration

Requirements:

- Current registration with BCCNM
- Experience in seniors’ care, dementia, geriatrics, or brain injury
- Positive English written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for flexible hours, evenings, or weekends
- Ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds
